This blood test is available through iMedical for $286.00 AUD. On purchase of the panel, a blood test referral form will be emailed to you. This referral can be printed and taken to a partner pathology collection centre such as Laverty. Payment is made directly to iMedical.
IMPORTANT: The results of this blood test will be shared directly with Amplify Nutrition when received by iMedical. If any results require medical follow-up, you will notified.
Before ordering your blood test panel, you will need to make a payment of $60.00 to Amplify Nutrition. Please email hello@amplifynutrition.com.au to organize. You will then be emailed the link to access/purchase the blood test panel & an invoice for $60.00, for the review.
When your blood test results are available, I will then review them and prepare a summary report. The purpose is to identify any opportunities to improve your nutrition, by checking markers in your bloodwork.
